Vaultiverse Collectibles sells trading cards, collectibles, hobby products, model kits, and related accessories. Due to the nature of collectibles and trading card products, we cannot guarantee specific results, pull rates, or card contents from sealed products.
Manufacturers determine card distribution, rarity, and pack contents. Vaultiverse Collectibles does not alter or tamper with sealed products.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - TRADING CARD PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Trading card products including booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, and similar sealed items contain randomized contents determined solely by the manufacturer.
By purchasing sealed trading card products from Vaultiverse Collectibles, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Pull rates and card distribution are random
• Specific cards or rarities are not guaranteed
• Once opened, sealed trading card products cannot be returned or exchanged
Vaultiverse Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer packaging errors, collation issues, or missing inserts.
SECTION 4 - CARD CONDITION POLICY
Unless otherwise stated, single trading cards sold by Vaultiverse Collectibles are considered Near Mint (NM) condition according to common trading card grading standards.
However, minor imperfections may still exist, including:
• small whitening
• minor edge wear
• light surface marks
Condition assessments are subjective. Vaultiverse Collectibles does not guarantee third-party grading outcomes.
SECTION 5 - PREORDERS
From time to time Vaultiverse Collectibles may offer preorder products.
By placing a preorder you agree to the following:
• Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change
• Orders containing preorder items will ship when all items in the order are available
• Preorders may not be canceled once the product has been allocated or shipped to us
Vaultiverse Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer delays.
SECTION 6 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. Vaultiverse Collectibles reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been processed and a confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or fraudulent buyers.
SECTION 7 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Due to the fluctuating nature of collectible markets, trading card prices may change frequently.
The price charged for a product will be the price listed at the time your order is placed.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 8 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Vaultiverse Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by:
• shipping carriers
• weather conditions
• customs processing
• events outside our control
Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Due to the collectible nature of many products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
• opened trading card products
• opened collectible items
• clearance items
• trading card singles
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

All content on the Vaultiverse Collectibles website including logos, product descriptions, graphics, images, and website design is the property of Vaultiverse Collectibles or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online shopping platform.
