REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Vaultiverse Collectibles. We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality trading cards, collectibles, and merchandise. Please review the policy below before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Vaultiverse Collectibles does not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged products.

All sales — including sealed product, trading card singles, mystery packs, collectibles, and hobby items — are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.


2. Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

• Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the product has been allocated or processed
• Manufacturer release dates may change without notice
• Distributor or supplier delays may occur
• Market price fluctuations do not affect your preorder price

Vaultiverse Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer:

• replacement product
• store credit
• refund

depending on product availability and circumstances.


4. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the item was:

• damaged in transit
• defective
• incorrectly shipped by Vaultiverse Collectibles

Eligible returns must meet the following requirements:

• item must be unopened and unused
• item must be in original packaging
• return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

A 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the situation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by Vaultiverse Collectibles.


5. Trading Card Product Disclaimer

Trading card products such as booster packs, booster boxes, and collectible sets contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer.

Vaultiverse Collectibles cannot guarantee specific cards, pull rates, or rarity distribution.

Opened trading card products are not eligible for return or refund.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by Vaultiverse Collectibles.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once order processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.


8. Chargebacks

Vaultiverse Collectibles maintains detailed records of all transactions including:

• order confirmations
• tracking information
• delivery confirmations
• communication history

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it using all available documentation.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and refusal of future service.
