Thank you for choosing Vaultiverse Collectibles. We are committed to shipping your collectibles quickly, securely, and with care.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

High-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or major product releases may require additional processing time.


2. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items typically ship 3–5 business days after the official manufacturer release date.

Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change.

Once released, preorder items enter our normal fulfillment process.

Orders containing preorder items may ship only when all items in the order are available.


3. Shipping Locations

Vaultiverse Collectibles currently ships to:

• United States
• Canada

Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 1–7 business days
Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates may vary due to:

• customs processing
• carrier delays
• weather conditions
• seasonal shipping volume

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination
• carrier
• order weight

Vaultiverse Collectibles may periodically offer promotional or discounted shipping rates.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150.


6. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.

Vaultiverse Collectibles is not responsible for:

• packages sent to incorrect addresses
• lost packages due to address errors
• packages returned for incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Vaultiverse Collectibles is not liable for:

• carrier delays
• lost packages
• packages marked delivered but not received
• stolen packages after delivery

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier using your tracking number.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for carrier-related delivery issues.


9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are non-refundable.


10. Fraud Prevention

Vaultiverse Collectibles uses fraud prevention systems to protect our customers and business.

We maintain order documentation including:

• billing and shipping verification
• tracking confirmations
• communication records

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
