Order Verification Policy

At Vaultiverse Collectibles, we're committed to providing a safe and secure shopping experience. To help protect our customers from unauthorized purchases and reduce fraudulent transactions, a small percentage of orders may be selected for additional verification before they are shipped.

Being selected for verification does not mean you've done anything wrong. It simply means our payment security system has requested additional confirmation before we process your order.

What We May Request

If your order is selected for verification, we may ask for:

  • A valid driver's license or state-issued photo ID
  • A photo of the payment card used for the purchase showing only the last four digits

For your privacy, you may cover or redact any sensitive information.

For your photo ID, you may cover:

  • Driver's license or ID number
  • Date of birth
  • Barcode
  • Any other personal information

We only need to verify:

  • Your name
  • The billing address used for the order

For your payment card, please cover:

  • All but the last four digits of the card number
  • The CVV/security code
  • The expiration date (optional)

How Your Information Is Used

Any information you provide is used solely to verify that the order was placed by the authorized cardholder and to help protect against fraudulent purchases and chargebacks.

Your verification documents are never sold or shared with third parties except when required by law.

Document Retention

Once your order has been verified, any verification documents you submit will be securely deleted within 30 days, unless they are required to resolve an active payment dispute, chargeback, or legal request.

If You Prefer Not to Verify

Providing verification documents is completely voluntary.

However, if we are unable to verify an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Verification Time

Most verification requests are reviewed within one business day after all requested information has been received.
